description Service Description

Expecto is an AI-powered image generation application. You provide photos, select a style, and the App generates styled images using artificial intelligence. The App requires credits to generate images. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Photos You Upload

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI services solely for the purpose of generating images for you.

Generated Images

Images generated by the App are created for your use. You may save, share, and use them for personal or commercial purposes, and you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful and respects the rights of anyone depicted.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You must have the right to use any photo you upload, and you must not upload photos that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content.

toll Credits & Purchases

Image generation requires credits. Credits can be obtained through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Credits are linked to your anonymous account
  • Failed generations are automatically refunded
  • Purchased credits do not expire

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated images
  • Generated images should not be used to deceive, defame, or harm others
  • You are responsible for how you use generated images

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • close Upload photos of others without their consent
  • close Upload photos of minors
  • close Use the App to create harmful, illegal, or explicit content
  • close Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services
  • close Use generated images for fraud, impersonation, or deception
  • close Resell generated images as standalone products without adding value or significant modification

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. In case of termination for misuse, no refund will be provided for unused credits or active subscriptions.

Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability limited to 12 months of payments
  • Not responsible for loss of data including photos or generated images

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's App Store support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Can I use generated images commercially?expand_more
Yes, commercial use is permitted. You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes, including in your business, marketing, or creative projects. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and respects the rights of any individuals depicted.
Can I upload photos of other people?expand_more
You must not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. Uploading photos of minors is strictly prohibited. Misuse may result in account termination without refund.
